In simplified terms, a "batch" is a group of multiple processes, things, or items produced at the same time, like baking a batch of cookies. When your transactions are "batched" into one deposit, the total revenue generated during the previous business day is grouped together into one sum (minus credit card processing rates and fees) and deposited into your bank account.
The batch schedule indicates the cutoff time for what transactions will be included in the batch and what time it will be deposited into your account.

Transactions processed before 3 PM Pacific Time / 6 PM Eastern Time are included in a single batch. The funds will deposit into your bank account one business day (varies by financial institution) after the 3 PM PST / 6 PM EST cut-off time. If a transaction is processed after the 3 PM / 6 PM cut-off time, it will be batched with the next day's transactions. Because banks are usually closed on weekends, transactions that occur on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be deposited into your bank account the following Tuesday. If your business day ends after the cut-off time, you can change your batch time to 12 AM to batch a full day's worth of transactions instead of having them split over two days.
Transactions that occur on a holiday are usually deposited into your bank account in two business days. Payouts that fall on a holiday will be deposited the following business day.

If you are missing deposits, multiple reasons, like incorrect banking information or a federal holiday, could delay deposits.
There are multiple reasons why your deposits could be missing:

Your batch has not been processed yet due to the batch time schedule, a weekend, or a federal holiday (see Batch Time and Deposit Schedule and 2023-2027 Holiday Schedule.

Your banking information may be incorrect. Verify that your Vagaro account number matches what is on your direct deposit slip, void check, or in your banking app.

A failed deposit occurs when a deposit fails to transfer into your or an employee's bank account due to various reasons, including incorrect banking information, a mismatch between the legal business name and bank account name, or the bank account being closed or frozen.
It can take up to two to three business days for a deposit to be returned to Vagaro, and another business day, depending on the day of the week or holiday schedule, to deposit those funds into your account.
Deposits may be smaller than expected because of:

Yes. You can change the batch cut-off time to 12 AM PST or 3 AM EST. All transactions processed that day will be batched into one deposit. See Change Your Batch Cut-Off Time to learn more.
From then on, future batched funds will take two business days to deposit into your bank.
Deposits can be found in the Deposits Report. With this report, you can review information on chargebacks, refunds, and association and processing fees.

I wish Vagaro link up with Square. I know I am not the only one on this wish, so much easier access to our money.

Agreed . the batch time should be much later like 8 or 9 pm or midnight and deposit should take less than 24 hr.
I love the pay desk and how vagaro has its features, my customer love it. But dang the deposit schedule is bull and now I’m noticing money is missing when I’m getting a deposit and to try to calculate to double check has been a nightmare since the dates are off and you have to slit up the batches. Every other company can do instant deposit with a fee and I think vagaro need to switch cause I’m really thinking of going to square fully. I would hate to not be able to use the desk and would have to change everything but I need my money now after a hard days work. Bills for me done stop on the weekends. The deposits I got should count the full day but doesn’t match with what was processed? I hope they aren’t taking more than the fee!

I’m literally on my way to California in a few hours to take a class, I get up this morning to check my account for my deposit and found out I have to wait until Tuesday to received my cash it’s Saturday morning.
I will definitely be switching site after this weekend. I love the actual website but this is by far the worst inconvenience I could’ve ever experience. There no way I should have to wait 4 days for my money that’s just crazy.
