A batch is a group of credit card transactions processed together at a specific batch cut-off time each day. Vagaro groups your day’s credit card sales into a batch, and that batch is sent to your bank to be deposited. You get the total amount from those transactions minus processing fees.
All transactions processed before the batch cut-off time are deposited in one business day, though the exact timing will depend on your bank or financial institution. The batch cut-off time determines what time your credit card transactions are grouped and sent for deposit.
Vagaro has two different batch times.

Keep the following in mind:

Transactions processed after the batch cut-off time are not included in that day’s batch. Instead, they are grouped into the next business day’s batch and deposited one business day later.

If a scheduled deposit falls on a bank holiday, it is delayed until the next business day.

Businesses can receive funds as early as 10:30 AM local time (dependent on your bank's capabilities for quick processing).
Delays in your deposits may occur if banks are closed on holidays. As a rule of thumb:

* This holidays fall on a Saturday. The deposit schedule is not affected.

The following online-only banks are not supported for deposits with Vagaro. If you add any of the banks below, you will not receive your funds. If you already set up deposits using one of the banks below, you must change the bank in your Merchant Account.
You can view your available funds from your Merchant Account, Deposits Report, and Notification Panel . The balance shown includes all transactions made throughout the day, as well as any rent collection payments, after deducting merchant processing fees, Vagaro Capital payments, and customer refunds. Buy Now, Pay Later transactions will not appear in your balance and will be deposited separately.
The Deposit Balance shown in your account includes funds that have been processed and are ready for transfer. It will be set to zero at the batch time (3 PM PST or 12 AM PST), meaning that your funds have been processed and are on the way! There is also a two-hour processing delay for new credit card transactions. For example, if your balance shows $2,000 at 5:00 PM and you process another $100 at 5:30 PM, that $100 won’t appear in your balance until around 7:30 PM. Only funds shown in your balance can be deposited instantly.
To see available funds:

Go to your Merchant Account settings:

Vagaro Pro App: Select → .

Computer: In the top-right corner, select your profile icon, then select Merchant Accounts.

Optionally, if the business has multiple Merchant Accounts, you can change the selected account in the Merchant Account list.
Your Deposit Balance appears. You can also see your next Scheduled Deposit day or select the Info chip to see all transactions included in your balance.
