A Merchant Account transfers all funds to a single associated bank account. If you need to update or change the banking information for your deposits and Merchant Account, you can do so on the Merchant Info tab.
Prerequisites: This feature requires Credit Card Processing.
To update the bank account for your deposits:

Go to your Merchant Account settings:

Vagaro Pro App: Select → .

Computer: In the top-right corner, select your profile icon, then select Merchant Accounts.

If your business has more than one merchant account, make sure the correct account is selected:

Vagaro Pro App: Use the Merchant Account list to select the correct account.

Computer: Use the Merchant list to select the correct account.

Go to Merchant Info, then select Edit.

Enter your information, then select Verify.
Note
If you can't verify your information, you'll need to contact Vagaro Support for assistance.

Select Update Bank Using Plaid.
Note
If you are a business located outside of the United States, manually enter your new Banking Information instead, then select Save.

From Choose Your Bank Verification Method, choose whether to enter your bank information manually or log in with Plaid (recommended).

Go through all the steps to change your bank account through Plaid. Once you're back to Merchant Info, select Save.
