Access Your Merchant Account Information – Vagaro Support

In your Merchant Account, you can view details about your account, like when you applied for credit card processing, Merchant ID, banking information, and more.

Prerequisites: This feature requires Credit Card Processing.

To see your Merchant Info:

Go to your Merchant Account settings:
- Vagaro Pro App: Select More → Credit Card Processing.
- Computer: Select your profile icon in the top-right corner, then select Merchant Accounts.
If your business has more than one merchant account, make sure the correct account is selected:
- Vagaro Pro App: Use the Merchant Account list to select the correct account.
- Computer: Use the Merchant list to select the correct account.
Go to the Merchant Info tab. You can review the following information about your merchant account:
- Merchant ID: Your merchant account ID. Allows our Support Team to troubleshoot your account.
- Prospect ID: Another ID used to troubleshoot your account.
- VPL Station Number: Your Buy Now, Pay Later merchant ID.
- Application Date: The date you created this merchant account.
- Connect To: The businesses this merchant account is connected to.
- Type of hardware: Any credit card readers you've purchased through Vagaro will appear here
- Business: Your business details, like banking information, business address, Business License, Legal Business Name, and so on.
- Personal: Your legal name, address, email, Social Security Number, ID, and so on.
