Purchased Products Report – Vagaro Support

The Purchased Products report shows you the products and services you've purchased from the Vagaro Online Store, like point-of-sale hardware, gift cards, and professional and training services. If you ordered Vagaro's free credit card reader, it will also appear on the report.

Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.

Run the Report

To view your Purchased Products report:

Select More → Reports → Billing History.
To filter your report, select Filter , change the following filters as needed, and then select Run Report.
- Vendor/Product Name: Enter the name of the Vagaro product to report on.
- Shipping Status: Select the shipping status of the product(s) to report on.
- Employees: Select the name of the employee(s) or administrator(s) who purchased a product.
- Include Past Employees: Include employees no longer working at your business in this report.
- Sort By: Select the criteria to sort the report by.
Optionally, to export your report, select Action , then choose an option:
- Print: Print your report if your device is connected to a printer.
- Export PDF or Export Excel: Save the report to a PDF or Excel file.

To view your Purchased Products report:

Select Reports → Purchased Products.
Optionally, at the top of the screen, set the filters for your report, then select Run Report.
- Vendor/Product Name: Enter the name of the Vagaro product to report on.
- Shipping Status: Select the shipping status of the product(s) to report on.
- Employees: Select the name of the employee(s) or administrator(s) who purchased a product.
To sort your report, select the column headers.
To export or print this report, select an option in the bottom-right corner:
- Print: Get a hard copy of the report.
- Export: Save the report to an Excel or PDF file.

The report provides the following information:

Transaction information
- Date: Date when you purchased the Vagaro product.
- Transaction ID: Identification number of the transaction.
- Product Name: Vagaro product that you purchased.
- Purchased By: Name of the employee who bought the product.
- Shipping Address: Your business's legal address.
- Quantity: Number of units of the product you purchased.
- Sell Price: How much you paid for the product.
State Wise Tax
- Tax: State tax paid for the sell price.
- VagaroCreditTax: Tax amount you were charged for redeeming Vagaro Bucks.
- Shipping Sell Price: Cost to ship the Vagaro product to you, if applicable.
Paid By
- Credit Card: How much of the bill was paid on a credit card.
- Vagaro Bucks: How much you paid using Vagaro Bucks
- Total Amt.: The total amount paid for the bill.
- Shipping Option: The shipping method you selected to receive the Vagaro product, if applicable.
- Shipping Status: What stage your item is in the shipping process.
