Vagaro is a monthly subscription service that automatically bills your credit card on file with us. You can update your billing information in your account settings if you need to change your credit card information. If a payment fails, you have a seven-day grace period to pay your outstanding balance, after which a $5 US/CA/AU (£5 GBP) late fee is applied. Your Vagaro account will be automatically closed if we do not receive your payment after 21 days. Reactivating your account will also incur a one-time late fee.
Please be aware that all payments are final and non-refundable, and your credit card will be charged the full amount due at the time of billing. To review a detailed breakdown of your monthly payments, you can view your billing history and purchased Vagaro products. If you see any discrepancies or unexplained charges, contact Vagaro support.
Note
The following premium features are billed forward, meaning you will still be charged for them at the end of your billing cycle, regardless of when you activated or deactivated them. If you cancel your subscription before your billing date, you won't have access to your account until you reactivate.

Hi Heather... I created a ticket for this issue, and you should hear from Vagaro Support.
The link to update billing information says “not valid” I need to give a new credit card for auto payment
Hi Rebekah, are you logged in to your Vagaro Business Account? If so, try and follow the steps in the instructions instead of clicking the link. The link may be invalid because you're not signed in. Thanks.
