When you're ready to reactivate your Vagaro account or subscription, log in to your account again. All of your business data and customer list will be restored and you can continue using Vagaro right where you left off. Accounts that have been closed for six months or more may need a few hours to be restored. If you were using another software during the meantime, you can import business information that you've added since you were away or contact our support team for assistance.
Note
When reactivating your account, keep the following in mind:
-
Accounts that have been deactivated due to non-payment will be charged for the outstanding balance as soon as you reactivate, along with a $5 US/CA/AU (£5 GBP) late fee. You'll have a chance to review the outstanding balance, verify your billing address, and select the payment method before you can restart your subscription.
-
If your account was not closed due to non-payment and has been closed for seven or more days, you will be charged for the current month's subscription unless you reactivate within your billing cycle.
To reactivate your Vagaro account and restart your subscription:
-
Go to www.vagaro.com or open the Vagaro Pro app.
-
Log in to the business owner's account. If you forgot your password, select Forgot Password.
-
Optionally, if you are reactivating a multi-location business, select the InActive location.
-
If your account was closed due to non-payment, select Pay Now or Submit Payment to review and pay your outstanding balance.
