The process to cancel or pause your Vagaro subscription is the same but only the business account owner can do so. If your business has multiple locations, those accounts will still remain active. Pausing or putting your Vagaro subscription on hold still requires you to cancel your account and reactivate it again when you're ready to continue your business.
Note
Businesses in the UK must contact Vagaro support to cancel their subscription.
Before you cancel your account, we recommend you export or print your sales data and customer list for your business records. All merchant accounts associated with your business will also be closed unless they are used at another Vagaro business to process transactions there.
Important
Logging in again to your account will reactivate it. Accounts that were closed due to non-payment will be billed immediately, along with a $5 US/CA/AU (£5 GBP) late fee.
After your account has been closed, you will be logged out, and you will receive an email to confirm the cancellation.
