Order Products and Hardware from the Vagaro Online Store – Vagaro Support

Visit the Vagaro Online Store to purchase Vagaro hardware, accessories, and other branding and design services for your business. All our hardware comes with a one-year warranty, and you can track your purchases in the Purchased Products report. If you have Vagaro Bucks, you can also redeem them for the same cash amount when checking out.

Order Products and Hardware

To purchase Vagaro hardware, accessories, and design services:

Go to the Vagaro Store:
- Phone: Select More , go to the Purchase Vagaro Products banner, and then select Buy Now.
- Tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro: Select More → Purchase Vagaro Products.
- Computer: Select More → Vagaro Store.
Select the product you want to purchase.

Note

If you're purchasing custom cards, you'll be redirected to another page to build out and purchase your new cards. To learn more, see Order Gift Cards or Order Membership Cards.
Select the Plus + or Minus − buttons to increase or decrease product quantity.
Select Add to Cart
Add any additional products. When you're done, select View Shopping Cart → Checkout.
Configure your Shipping Address, Contact Information, Select Shipping Method, and Payment Details.

Note

Some businesses in the United States may have the option to pay for hardware with Vagaro Capital.
Select Place Order.

You will receive an email confirming your purchase. Once your order ships from our warehouse, a tracking link will be sent to your email address. All purchase details can be found in the Purchased Product report.

If you purchased a brand package or custom business logo, you’ll receive an email with a form to submit your design preferences before you work with the Design Team (Studio 180).

Hardware replacements are not guaranteed; however, all hardware purchased from Vagaro.com has a one-year warranty. Our Hardware Team will troubleshoot the device before issuing any replacements. Hardware returns and refunds are not accepted.
