Run the Inventory Combined Report

The Inventory Combined report generates multiple reports on the same screen, including the Inventory Summary, Sales by Brand, Sales by Type, Sales by Product, Current Stock, Unsold/Unused Products, and Inventory by Status. You can also track the total amount of sales for each product and the status of all the items in your Inventory.

The following reports are included in this report, even if there is no data available:

Prerequisites: This feature is only available on the computer version of Vagaro.

To run the Combined Inventory report:

  1. Select Reports Decorative solid black rectangle, which is usually an icon for reports or charts. → Inventory Combined Report.

  2. Set the date range for your report:

    1. In the top-right corner, select Date Range calendar-regular-full.png to open the date picker.

    2. Use the date picker to choose a date range or a preset range like Yesterday or Last 7 Days.

    3. If you manually selected a date range, select Submit.

  3. Optionally, in the top-right corner, select Filters filter-solid-full.png, set any of the following filters, and then select Run Report.

    • Brand: Show data on a specific brand.

    • Product Category: Show data on a specific product category. The options available depend on the brand selected.

    • Product: Show data on a specific product. The options available depend on the brand or product selected.

    • Vendor: Show data for a specific vendor.

    • Status: Show data for products that were marked as, for example, Lost, Damaged, or Unsold during date range:

      Note

      A product's status can change by manually decreasing its quantity or selling it online and in-house.

    • Total Sold/Used qty less or equal to: Show data for products with a total sold or used quantity at or below the number you enter.

    • Report Selection: Show data for a specific report.

    • In Stock Only: Show data for products that are not out of stock.

    • Business Use Only: Show data for products that are marked for business use only.

  4. Optionally, sort, print, or export the report:

    • Select a column header to sort the report.

    • Select Print print-solid-full.png to get a hard copy of the report.

    • Select Export download2.png to save the report to an Excel or PDF file (computer version only).
