Run the Current Stock Report – Vagaro Support

The Current Stock report shows what products are available in your inventory. Products out of stock are not included in the data.

This report provides the following information about the quantity and cost of your inventory by brand, vendor, and product type:

Brand: The company or name that makes the product.
Vendor: The merchant or company that supplies the product.
Product Category: The group name of similar or related items that you've organized your products into.
Product: The item for sale or use.
Qty: How many items of that product in your inventory are for sale.
Low Qty: The remaining quantity of that product before you need to reorder more. If this threshold is reached, you'll get a message in your Notification Panel that you're running out of that product.
Business Cost: The total business cost for each product
Potential Sale: The potential revenue if you sold the entire stock for this product.
Profit Margins (%): The profit percentage that your business made based on how many items you sold to customers and how much that quantity cost your business to purchase.

Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.

On a Phone

On a phone, the Current Stock report shows each product with available stock as a card.

To run the Current Stock inventory report:

Select More → Reports → Current Stock.
Optionally, in the top-right corner, select Filters , set any of the following filters, and then select Run Report.
- Brand: Show data on a specific brand.
- Product Category: Show data on a specific product category. The options available depend on the brand selected.
- Product: Show data on a specific product. The options available depend on the brand or product selected.
Optionally, in the top-right corner, select Action , then:
- Select Star or Remove Star to bookmark or unbookmark.
- Select Print to get a hard copy of the report.
- Select Export PDF or Export Excel to download this report.

The Current Stock report shows each product with available stock as a row in the report.

To run the Current Stock inventory report:

Select Reports → Current Stock.
Optionally, in the top-right corner, select Filters , set any of the following filters, and then select Run Report.
- Brand: Show data on a specific brand.
- Product Category: Show data on a specific product category. The options available depend on the brand selected.
- Product: Show data on a specific product. The options available depend on the brand or product selected.
Optionally, sort, print, or export the report:
- Select a column header to sort the report.
- Select Print to get a hard copy of the report.
- Select Export to save the report to an Excel or PDF file (computer version only).
