The Inventory by Status report tracks all the products in your inventory that were purchased, lost, damaged, expired, set for business use only, and unsold.
The report shows the following information:

Brand: The company that makes the product.

Vendor: The merchant or company that supplies the product.

Product Category: The group name of similar or related items that you've organized your products into.

Qty: The total number of items of that product you have in your inventory, regardless of their intended use.

Low Qty: The low quantity warning you set for each product.

Business Cost: The total business cost for each product
-
Potential Sale: The potential revenue if you sold the entire stock for this product.

Profit Margins (%): The profit percentage that your business made based on how many items you sold to customers and how much that quantity cost your business to purchase.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.
On the phone, the Inventory by Status report shows each product in your inventory as a card. By default, all Purchased products are shown.
To run the Inventory by Status report:

The report will automatically run this month's data for purchased products.

Set the date range for your report:

In the top-right corner, select Date Range
to open the date picker.

Use the date picker to choose a date range or a preset range like Yesterday or Last 7 Days.

If you manually selected a date range, select Submit.
