Since the re-format of this report (and the Sales by Product report), I am just now finding that when I click on a specific Brand (or item in the Sales by Product report) to get a more details, the Sales Price (listed only as “Price” in the detailed report) is not populating (all line items say $0.00). I tried multiple permutations all to the same result. For Future Reference, is this kind of thing better to report in a comment here or as a service ticket?
Hi Brittany, I recommend calling our support team so we can create a ticket for you. I'll forward this to our product team as well, though. Thank you.
Hi Brittany, I submitted this as a bug for you, and they let me know that this should be fixed tomorrow.
Thanks,
Jamie
