The Inventory Combined report generates multiple reports on the same screen, including the Inventory Summary, Sales by Brand, Sales by Type, Sales by Product, Current Stock, Unsold/Unused Products, and Inventory by Status. You can also track the total amount of sales for each product and the status of all the items in your Inventory.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.
To run the Combined Inventory report:

Go to

At the top of the screen, select the Date Range to report on. The data is automatically updated each time you select a different date range.

Optionally, select the Filter
button to set your report's filters, then select Run Report.

Optionally, at any time after running the report, select the Action
menu to perform the following additional tasks:

Print: Print your report if your device is connected to a printer.

Export PDF or Export Excel: Save the report to a PDF or Excel file.

To run the Combined Inventory report:

Open the Inventory Combined report screen.

Web Version: At the top of the screen, select Reports, then in the side menu under the Inventory heading, select Inventory Combined.

Tablet or Pay Desk: At the bottom of the screen, select Reports, then under the Inventory heading, select Inventory Combined.

Optionally, at the top of the screen, set the filters for your report, then select Run Report.

Date Range: Select the start and end dates of the report, then select Submit.

Product Category: Filter the report for one product type. The options available depend on the brand selected.

Brand: Filter the report for one brand.

Advanced Filters: Optionally, select any additional filters to further refine the report.

Vendor: Filter the report for one vendor.

Product: Filter the report for one product. The options available depend on the brand or product selected.

Report Selection: Set what reports will be included in the combined report.

Total Sold/Used: Filter for products that have been sold/used under the amount you set. This filter only applies to the Unsold/Unused Products report.

Status: Filter products that were marked as, for example, Lost, Damaged, or Unsold during date range:
Note
A product's status can change by manually decreasing its quantity or selling it online and in-house.

In Stock Only: Filter the report for items currently in stock.

Business Use Only: Filter the report for items that are marked for business use.

At the bottom of the screen, you can select:

Print
: Get a hard copy of the report.

Export
: Save the report to an Excel or PDF file (web version only).
