Every class and workshop session must be added to a service provider's calendar, or else they won't show up on your Vagaro Listing Page, even if they're already set up to show online. After a class or workshop has been added to an employee's calendar, you can register customers for the class, or your customers can register directly from your Vagaro Listing Page.
Prerequisites: You must have created at least one class or workshop in your settings.
You need to add a class to a time slot on your Calendar before customers can register for it.
To schedule a class on your calendar:

Go to the Calendar.

Go to the instructor's calendar, select the time slot, and then select New Class.

Select New Class.

In the New Class screen, enter the following information about the class:

Class: Select the class to schedule for the service provider.

Instructor: Verify or select the service provider for the class.
-
Date: Verify or select the date and time of the class.
-
In-House Capacity: Enter the maximum number of attendees who can join the class, or enter "0" if the class is not offered at the employee's location.

Live Stream Capacity: Enter the maximum number of attendees who can join the class online, or enter "0" if the class is not offered online.
Important
Customers will be required to pay a 100% deposit if they book a virtual class session online.

Duration: Enter how long the class will last. If the class has a Cleanup Time set, also enter how much time is required to clean up before the next session, then select Apply.

Repeat: Select how often the class repeats and when.

Resource: If resources are required for the class, verify or select the resource(s) needed to run the class.

Class Note: Enter any comments about the class.

Select Book.

Workshops are a group of class sessions that a customer joins over a period of time. Workshops on the calendar are repeated until the workshop ends, and adding any attendees will register them for all workshop sessions. Workshops on the Calendar have a Repeat icon to show they're repeating. To register customers for a workshop, you must add it to your Calendar.
To schedule a workshop:

Go to the instructor's calendar, select the time slot, and then select New Class.

In the New Class screen, enter the following information about the workshop:

Class: Select the workshop to schedule for the service provider.
