You can reschedule customer appointments right from the Calendar. Simply drag and drop the appointment to a new time, or open it to update the date or service provider.
Prerequisites: Requires a scheduled appointment on the Calendar.
In Vagaro, simply drag and drop an appointment to another spot on your Calendar to reschedule an appointment. If the customer has multiple appointments scheduled for that day, you can move them all at the same time.
To drag and drop an appointment to another timeslot:

Go to the Calendar
screen, then select the calendar you want to view.

Find the appointment.

Long press the appointment to be rescheduled, then drop it to another timeslot.
Tip

Switch to the week or month view to reschedule this appointment for a different day.

Select multiple calendars to move an appointment to another service provider.

Confirm that you want to move the appointment:

If the customer doesn't have any other appointments scheduled that day, choose whether to Notify Customer or Don't Notify Customer. Choosing an option will move the appointment

If the customer has multiple appointments for that day, select the appointments to move, turn Notify Customer on or off, and then select Move Selected to reschedule.

Note
When you select multiple appointments, they move together with the appointment you drop. For example, if you move an appointment two hours later, all selected appointments will shift two hours ahead.
To drag and drop an appointment to another timeslot:

Go to the Calendar
screen, then select the calendar you want to view.

Find the appointment.

Select and hold the appointment to be rescheduled, then drop it to another timeslot.

If the customer has multiple appointments scheduled that day, select the appointments to be moved.

If you don't want to notify your customer of the change, toggle off Notify Customer. Otherwise, depending on your customer's notification settings, they'll receive a push, email, and text notification.

Select Confirm to move the appointment, or select Undo Move to revert any changes.
Note

Use the Move tool to reschedule your appointment to another date or service provider. If the customer has multiple appointments scheduled that day, you can move the appointments together.
To reschedule the appointment:

Go to the Calendar
screen, then select the calendar you want to view.

Find the appointment.

Select the appointment on the calendar to open its details, then select Move.

If the customer has multiple appointments scheduled that day, select, then select Move Selected.

Update the appointment's details as needed, then select.

Select a timeslot from an employee's availability. If there's no availability that day, you can go to another date.

Add any additional appointment details, then select Save.

If you don't want to notify your customer of the change, toggle off Notify Customer. Otherwise, depending on your customer's notification settings, they'll receive a push, email, and text notification.
To reschedule the appointment:

Go to the Calendar
screen, then select the calendar you want to view.

Find the appointment.

Select the appointment on the calendar to open its details, then select Move.

If the customer has multiple appointments scheduled that day, select the appointments to move, then select Confirm.

In Move an Appointment, confirm the services and employees to be scheduled, then select Search.

Select a timeslot from an employee's availability. If there's no availability that day, you can go to another date.

Review the appointment's details, then select Save.
Note
If you don't want to notify your customer of the change, toggle off Notify Customer. Otherwise, depending on your customer's notification settings, they'll receive a push, email, and text notification.
