Rebooking appointments for satisfied customers is as easy as booking the original appointment. You can select an appointment on the Calendar and rebook the same appointment, or after a customer has checked out, you can stay on the Checkout screen to immediately rebook the next one, or view the Calendar first at any time to browse availability.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.
To rebook an appointment on the Calendar:

Go to the Calendar.

Select an existing appointment, then select Rebook.
Note
You can rebook any existing appointments on the Calendar even if they are scheduled in the future or haven't been checked out.

Optionally, if the customer has multiple appointments scheduled on the same day, you can choose to rebook multiple appointments at the same time. Toggle the appointments to be rebooked, then select Rebook Selected.

Update the appointment:

Optionally, make any additional changes to the service being performed and the service provider.

Near the bottom of the screen, select the Date and choose the new appointment date.

Select Next. The list of all available appointments for that day will be displayed.

Select the time slot to be booked.

Add any additional appointment details, and then select Save.
Note
Optionally, toggle off Notify Customer if you don't want to let the customer know of the change; otherwise, depending on your customer's notification settings, they'll receive a push, email, and text notification about the change.
To rebook an appointment on the Calendar:

Go to the Calendar.

Select an existing appointment, then select Rebook.

Choose a new date or service provider for the appointment:

Optionally, make changes to the service being performed and the service provider.

Next to the Search button, select the date list and choose the new appointment date.
Note
Appointments moved simultaneously can only be moved to the same day.

Select Search. The list of all available appointments for that day will be displayed.

Select the time slot to be booked.

Update the appointment details as needed, then select Book or select Charge Deposit if a deposit is required.
