When customers book a service bundle, all services must be scheduled on the same day, either at the same time, such as a couple's massage with two service providers, or back-to-back, such as one person getting a massage followed by the person's friend.
Service bundle appointments must all be performed on the same day with different service providers, either at the same time, such as a couple's massage, or back-to-back, such as one person getting a massage followed by the person's friend. Depending on your service menu, services may be required to be booked at the same time by different service providers.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses, and you must already have at least two classes created and active.
Appointments part of a bundle are shown on the calendar with a gift box icon.
To book a service bundle:

On the Calendar, select the customer's desired date and timeslot, and then select New Appointment.

At the top of the screen, select Select Customer and find the customer booking the bundle.

In the Select Service list, select the Service Bundle to book.

Optionally, change the service provider for each service in the bundle by selecting the service.

Select or change the services' other details, then select Next.

Add-Ons: Select any add-ons for this service.

Price: Comes from the individual service listings and cannot be changed here.

Duration: How long the appointment has been scheduled for, including gap processing time (if any) and cleanup time.

Time: Change the appointment start time, or select beside the time in the row of the first service to copy the same time for all appointments being booked.

Resource: A room, space, furniture, or tool required to perform a service. Only one resource can be used at a time, so if all resources have been assigned to other appointments, you'll have to find another timeslot when a needed resource is available.

Optionally, select the service's Repeat frequency, Deposit Due before booking, upload any Appointment Files, Appointment Notes, Customer Notes (the customer will not see your notes), and the credit Card on File (if a deposit is required).
Note
Repeating a service bundle will separate the bundled services into two different appointments. Any packages or membership discounts that could redeem the bundle will no longer be applicable.

Select Book (or Charge Deposit) to complete the bookings.

To see the service bundle on the calendar once it's been booked, select the Action menu, select the employees whose calendars you want to view, and then select Show Selected to refresh the calendar.
