With Vagaro's Inventory feature, you can manage both products used in-house (color, shampoo, conditioner, capes, etc.) and products you sell to your customers. If you have Online Shopping Cart activated, you can sell to customers through your booking page.
Prerequisites: This feature requires Credit Card Processing and the Online Shopping Cart.
To filter your inventory:

Go to Inventory Management:

On the Phone: Go to → → .

On a Tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro: At the bottom of the screen, select Inventory.

To search for products, select the Search
button and enter any part of a product name, brand name, vendor name, product type, or barcode ID in the Search box.

In the top-right corner, select the Filter
button.

To filter your inventory:
-
Select Products: Filter for products based on how they are used at your business, like Packaging Products, Product Bundles, Products for Business Use Only, Products for Sale Online, etc.

Choose Brand: Filter for products from a specific brand.

Category: Filter for products based on its Category.
-
Select Vendor: Filter for products based on its Vendor.

Zero Quantity Products Only: Filter for products that are no longer in stock.

Low Quantity Products Only: Filter for products that are low in stock.

In Stock Products Only: Filter for products that are currently in stock.

Select Apply to filter your inventory.
You can filter and organize your Inventory Management screen for a high-level view of your products. For example, you can filter products that are out-of-stock or products from a specific brand.
To filter your inventory:

Go to Inventory Management:

On the Web Version: Go to → → .

On a Tablet: At the bottom of the screen, select Inventory.

Select Products list: Filter for products based on how it's used at your business, like Packaging Products, Product Bundles, Products for Business Use Only, Products for Sale Online, etc.

Select Search to update your inventory.

Sort your inventory:
Change which products show up first on your product page in your Vagaro Listing Page or MySite.
Important
This feature is not available on the phone version of Vagaro.
To organize how your products are displayed on your Vagaro Booking Page:

Go to Inventory Management:

On the Web Version: Go to → → .

On a Tablet: At the bottom of the screen, select Inventory.

In the top-right corner, select the Sort list, then select Online Products.

To automatically sort your products, select the Sort By drop-down menu, then select Brand, Product Category, or Price.

You can also manually organize the list by dragging and dropping products to a preferred placement.

Select Save to update your booking page.
Print a paper copy of your inventory list or export the list to an Excel spreadsheet.
Important
This feature is not available on the phone version of Vagaro.
To export or print your inventory:

Go to Inventory Management:

On the Web Version: Go to → → .

On a Tablet: At the bottom of the screen, select Inventory.

Download or print your inventory:

Select the Download
button, then download your inventory as a PDF or Excel.

Select the Print
button to print your inventory.
