Product Bundles are groups of products designed to be sold together. Create gift baskets that include a suite of hair or skin care products or a “fitness pack” with a jump rope, resistance bands, and a bag to hold them.
Here are some points to keep in mind about Product Bundles in Vagaro:

The available quantity of a bundle is the quantity of the lowest-stocked item in the bundle.

Product bundles appear in the Inventory Management screen with the Bundle
icon.

You can only add products and their Variants to a bundle.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses, and you must already have products set up in your inventory.
To add a product bundle:

Go to Inventory Management:

On the Phone: Go to → → .
-
On the Pay Desk or PayPro: At the bottom of the screen, select Inventory.

Select the Action
icon in the top-right corner, select Add, and then select Bundle.

On the Pay Desk or PayPro, select the Action

Manually enter the Product ID or Scan
the barcode, then select Next.

Enter a Product Bundle Name.

Bundle your products together:
-
In Product Bundle, select Add Products.

Search for or Scan
-
Select the checkboxes for the products to be added to the bundle. If the product has Variants, select the Variants to be included in the bundle as well, then select Done.

Select Select Products.
-
Enter the Sell Price for each product in the bundle. Optionally, when entering a Variant's Sell Price, select Copy to All to copy this price to all other Variant options.

Select Done.

Enter the following optional information to finalize the bundle:

Enter a Description for your product.

Change the quantity of each product sold in this bundle.

Change how the bundle's products are displayed online, select Reorder, then select the Move
button. Select Done to finalize the order.

Add Product Images of your bundle.

Allow for your product to be sold online.
-

Select Save to add this bundle to your inventory.
To add a product bundle:

Go to Inventory Management:

On the Web Version: Go to → → .

On a Tablet: At the bottom of the screen, select Inventory.

Select Add, then select Product Bundle.

Enter or scan your product bundle's product ID or barcode, then select Next to continue.

Enter the Product Bundle Name.

Bundle your products together:
-
In Bundled Products, select Add Product to begin bundling your products together:

Search for or scan products in your inventory.
-
Select the checkboxes for the products to be added to the bundle. If the product has Variants, all variant options will also be selected.

Select Add Product. The products you selected will be bundled together.

Optionally, under Bundled Products, manage the products you've added:

Change how much of each item is included in this bundle (Sell Qty).

Select the Move
-
In Bundled Products, select the Action

In the Variants section, configure the Price for each product and variant in the bundle. The final selling price is the combined Price of all products, excluding variants, in the bundle.

Enter the following optional information to finalize the bundle:

Upload Images of your products and bundle.

Enter a Description for your bundle.
-
Add Additional Details to your bundle.

Choose whether to Sell Product Online on your Vagaro Listing Page.

Select Save to add this bundle to your inventory.
