Add a Product Bundle to Your Inventory – Vagaro Support

Product bundles are sets of products sold together, such as a gift basket that includes skin care products or a “fitness pack” that includes a jump rope, resistance bands, and a bag to hold them. Adding a product bundle in Vagaro is easy—you simply need to group together products you've added to your inventory, enter a price, and then you can sell it both in-house and online.

Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses, and you must already have products set up in your inventory.

Create a Bundle

Here are some points to keep in mind about Product Bundles in Vagaro:

The available quantity of a bundle will default to the quantity of the lowest-stocked item in the bundle.
Product bundles appear in the Inventory Management screen with the Bundle icon.
You can only add products and their product variants to a bundle.
Adding all the variants of a product allows customers to choose the one they want at checkout. If each variant has a different price, the final price of the bundle will update accordingly.

On a Phone

To add a product bundle:

Select More → Settings → Management.
In the top-right corner, select Action → Add → Bundle.
Scan your bundle's barcode with your camera or enter it in the text box. Select Next to continue.
Enter a Bundle Name and Description.
Bundle your products together:
1. Under Product Bundle, select Add Products.
2. Select the products to be added in bundle, then select Select Products.
  
  If you have a lot of products in your inventory, select Scan and scan a product's barcode to bring it up quickly.
3. Enter the Sell Price for each product in the bundle, then select Done.
  
  The price of your bundle is based on the total price of each product you include.
4. Under Bundled Products, enter the quantity (Qty) of each item in the bundle.
  - If you want to change how the bundle appears online, under Bundled Products, select Reorder, select Move and drag it to a new spot, and then select Done.
  - If you want to remove an item from the bundle, select X.
Optionally, to sell this bundle online, turn on Sell Product Online and configure your settings.
Select Save.

On a Computer, Tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro

To add a product bundle:

Go to Inventory Management:
- Computer: Select Settings → Inventory.
- Tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro: Select Inventory .
In the top-left corner, select Add (or +) → Product Bundle
Scan or enter your bundle's barcode, then select Next:
- With a Barcode Scanner: Plug the scanner into your device, press and hold the power button, and hold it up to the barcode until you hear a beep. The code will appear in the text box.
- Without a Scanner: Manually enter the product ID in the text box.
- On a Tablet or PayPro Mini: Select Scan , then point your device's camera at the barcode to scan it.
Enter the Product Bundle Name and Description.

If you're selling this product online, you can add Additional Details as collapsible content.
Bundle your products together:
1. Under Bundled Products, select Add Product.
2. Select the products to be added to the bundle, then select Add Product.
3. From Add Product Bundle under Bundled Products, enter the quantity (Sell Qty) of each item in the bundle.
  - If you want to change the order of how the bundle shows online, select Move and drag it to a new spot.
  - If you want to make changes to items in your bundle, select Action , then select Edit to choose another item or Delete to remove that item.
4. Under Variants, enter Price for each product in the bundle.
  
  The final selling price of the bundle is the combined Price of all products. If you added variants of the same product in the bundle, the final price depends on which variant the customer chooses.
Optionally, to sell this bundle online, turn on Sell Product Online and configure your settings.
Select Save.

Attach Photos or Videos to Your Bundle

Adding images or videos to your product listings can help improve your business's look and feel, especially online. The first image you add to your product will be set as the Default image shown on your product page.

Note

The maximum file size is 5 MB. Minimum image width and height is 1000px x 667px.

On a Phone

To add an image:

Go to the Inventory Management screen, then create a new product or edit an existing one.
Under Product Images, select Upload Images +, then choose an option:
- To upload a photo, select Upload Images, then choose Photo Library or Use Camera. Once you've selected your images, select Attach Photo.

  If you're on an iPhone, you can edit out the background of the photo. Select Save to continue.
- To upload a video, select Upload Video, then choose Photo Library or Take Video. You can upload one video per product.
Next to Product Images, select Right-Arrow > to manage the images or videos you've uploaded. You can then select Action under the image or video to make the following changes:
- To see how your image will appear online, select Open Preview.
- To change the main image shown, select Set As Default.
- To remove this image from your product, select Delete.
- To go back, select Left-Arrow <
Select Save.

On a Computer, Tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro

To add an image:

Go to the Inventory Management screen, then create a new product or edit an existing one.
Under Upload Images, drag and drop files from your computer into the box, or select Choose File.
Optionally, in an image or video you uploaded, select Action to make changes:
- To change the main image shown, select Set As Default.
- To remove this image from your product, select Delete.
- To edit your image in the Vagaro Image Editor, select Edit.
- To go back, select Left-Arrow <
Optionally, select Move to change the order of the files.
Select Save.
