Turn on Online Booking and List Your Business on Vagaro

Your Vagaro Listing Page is your business's booking site where your clients can book services and classes with you online, as well as purchase products, gift cards, memberships, and packages. You can list your business on the Vagaro Marketplace, Google.com, Google Maps, and Apple Maps to help drive traffic to your business. The Vagaro Listing Page uses a shared design across all businesses to keep the Marketplace consistent and easy to navigate. If you'd like more control over the look and feel of your booking page, you can create your own custom site using Vagaro MySite.

The Vagaro Marketplace search is based on the titles of your services and classes, not their descriptions or categories, so be as informative as you can. We recommend that you set up your Service/Class Menu by creating Vagaro Services and Vagaro Classes that include the best keywords, and then add more details to their titles to provide more information about what’s offered, specific words that customers may have also entered, and increase the likelihood you’ll appear in search results.

Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.

Show Your Business on the Vagaro Marketplace

List your business on Vagaro to add yourself to the marketplace, making it easy for new clients to discover, book, and connect with you.

On a Phone

To set up your Vagaro Listing Page:

  1. Select More This is an icon used to go to the More initial navigation step on the Vagaro website and the Vagaro Pro app. → Settings → Business Profile.

  2. Go to Vagaro URL and enter a unique slug for your listing page URL.

    Tip

    The slug is the part of a URL that comes after the slash, like vagaro.com/yourbusinessname, and helps clients easily find your booking page online.

  3. Toggle on List Business on Vagaro.com, which also allows you to:

    • List Business on Google.com: Allow customers to book appointments with you when they search for you on Google.com. A Google business account is required.

    • List Business on Apple Maps: Allow customers to book appointments with you when they search for you in Apple Maps. An Apple business account is required.

  4. Select Save.

  5. Optionally, you can continue to customize your Vagaro Listing Page for your customers:

On a Computer, Tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro

To set up your Vagaro Listing Page:

  1. Select Settings gear → Business Profile.

  2. Go to Vagaro URL and enter a unique slug for your listing page URL.

    Tip

  3. Toggle on List Business on Vagaro.com, which also allows you to:

  4. Select Save.

  5. Optionally, you can continue to customize your Vagaro Listing Page for your customers:

View Your Vagaro Listing Page

You can view your Vagaro Listing Page within your Vagaro account to check what your customers see when they book with you. You can send your Vagaro Listing Page as a link to your customers so they can book with you. You can even test the booking process with your business as well.

On a Phone

To see your listing page:

  1. Select More This is an icon used to go to the More initial navigation step on the Vagaro website and the Vagaro Pro app. → Booking Page.

  2. Select an option to see the following:

To see your listing page:

  1. Go to Marketing megaphone_icon.png, then under Photos, select View My Vagaro Page.

  2. Select the tabs at the top of the screen to see the following:
