Duplicate a Product – Vagaro Support

Duplicating a product allows you to add another similar item to your Inventory without having to create it from scratch.

Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses, and you must already have products set up in your inventory.

On a Phone

To duplicate a product:

Select More → Settings → Management.
Select the product to go to its Product Details, then in the top-right corner, select Action → Duplicate.

The product will be duplicated, and the Add Product screen will appear. The Quantity of the product will be set to 0, and a "-1" will be added to the end of your product's Name and Barcode.

Note

You cannot duplicate variants.
Make changes to your duplicated product as needed, then select Save to add it to your inventory.

To duplicate a product:

Go to Inventory Management:
- Computer: Select Settings → Inventory.
- Tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro: Select Inventory .
Next to the product to be duplicated, select Action → Duplicate.

The product will be duplicated, and the Add Product screen will appear. The Quantity of the product will be set to 0, and a "-1" will be added to the end of your product's Product Name and Barcode.
