Customer appointments can be booked directly on the calendar for walk-ins and new or existing customers booking in person or over the phone. Depending on the service selected, you may be able to select another provider if another employee is available.
To book Mobile service appointments, also known house calls, enable the feature in your Business Profile and select which services can be performed outside of your facility.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses; however, you need to have at least one service and one service provider already set up.
To book a new appointment:

At the bottom of the screen, select Calendar.

Select an available time slot on the calendar, then select New Appointment. Alternatively, you can also search for an available appointment.

Search for and Select the Customer at the top of the screen.

Select the Service that the customer wants to schedule. You can select Add another service to schedule up to five appointments at a time for a customer.

Enter, select, or update the service's details as required:

Add-Ons: Customer-requested add-ons that can be added to this service. You can choose from add-ons that have already been Assigned to Service or search All Add-Ons.

Date: Day and time of the appointment.

Price: Cost of the service.

Duration: Amount of time blocked off on the calendar to perform the appointment as defined in your Services/Classes Menu.

Appointment Type: Whether the customer is new or returning, and whether a specific service provider was requested. This information is used only for customer retention tracking.

Repeat: When and how often the customer wants to return to have the service performed again.
-
Deposit Due: Amount the customer must pay ahead of time to reserve this appointment.

Appointment Files: Attach any files, forms, or images relevant to the appointment. Vagaro Drive is required to save files to your Vagaro business account.

Appointment Notes: Any notes about the service provider should know about this appointment. Customers will not be able to see the information you enter.

Customer Notes: Any notes about the customer that have been entered in the customer's profile. Customers won't see any of this information.

Card on File: The customer's credit card information if one has been entered in the customer's profile. You can enter or update the information if needed.

Location: If your business performs mobile services, select where the appointment will be performed and the address.

At My Business: The service will be performed at the business's location

At Customer's Location: Perform the service at the customer's home address listed in their customer profile.

Different Location: Meet the customer at another location of their choosing and enter the address.

Select Book. The appointment is added to the calendar.
To book a new appointment:

Select the Service and optional add-ons that the customer wants to schedule.
Tip
You can select Add Service to schedule up to five services at a time for a customer.

On the right side of the popup, search for and select a Customer.
