Mobile services, more commonly known as a house call, is an option you can provide customers to book up to six appointments to be performed outside of your business facility, such as at your customer’s home. You can also limit the distance and cities you're willing to provide services in, or you can leave your service area blank to offer services to all of your country if you're a multi-location business. Your business hours will still follow the business hours you set up in your Business Profile.
For service providers, Vagaro provides on-screen directions to help you travel to the customer’s service location. To keep your customers informed about their appointments, you can also send notifications to customers for when you have departed from the business location and when you have arrived. For businesses that only offer mobile services, Vagaro will not display their address on their Vagaro Listing Page, business email templates, and appointment confirmation messages.
Mobile service appointments are identified on your calendar with a car icon:
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.
To configure your business for mobile services:

Go to Business Profile.

Under the Business Location heading, select your Service Location, which specifies if your business offers mobile services:

At My Business: Your services are provided only at your business location, and there will be no options or settings to offer mobile services when managing services or booking appointments.

At My Client's Location: You only provide mobile services. Your address will not be displayed on your Vagaro Listing Page, and the map will display only your service radius. Your address will also be hidden on email templates for promotional and notification messages, receipts, and booking confirmation screens and messages.

Both: Your business offers both in-house and off-site services.

Enter your business’s Address where you provide in-house services. If you provide only mobile services, enter the registered address of your business; this address will be hidden on your Vagaro Listing Page.
Tip
The map automatically shows the location you entered. If the location is wrong, select Fix Incorrect Map Marker to move the pin to where it should be, and then select Save Map Marker.

If you selected At My Client's Location or Both:

Service Area Radius: Enter the number of miles around your business location where you will provide mobile services, which automatically selects all nearby cities that you can travel to for mobile services. Select the link below the Service Area Radius box to select the cities that you want to provide services in.
Note
If you do not enter a service radius, customers will see that your business provides services to everywhere in your country.
If you change your business address, you will have to verify and update this list of cities.

One-Way Driving Time: Enter the amount of time to block on your calendar before and after a mobile service to allow for travel time.

Additional Travel Fee: Optionally, enter the additional charge required for you to perform a mobile service for a customer.

Additional Points to Redeem: Optionally, enter the number of extra points that customers must redeem for a mobile service.

Use Business Address for Navigation App Directions: (only for Both) Whether you want your customers' GPS navigation apps, such as Google Maps and Apple Maps, to use the specific business address you entered (instead of the map marker, if you moved the pin).

Verify your Business Hours so that customers can book mobile services during your regular business hours. To quickly fill out your business hours, toggle on a day, set the Opens at and Closes at, and then select Copy to All. You can then toggle off the days your business is closed or modify the days when your opening hours differ.
Note
If you are the only employee of your business, your business hours are based on the hours you specified in your Employee Profile.
If you toggle Use Employee Working Hours, your business hours will be based on your employees’ working hours. For example, if one employee works on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8 AM to 2 PM, and another employee works Monday to Friday from 11 AM to 4 PM, then your opening hours would be Mondays to Fridays from 8 AM to 4 PM.
Note
This setting will not display if you have not created any employee profiles.

Select Save.

Update your service menu to designate which services can be performed off-site:

Go to Service/Class Menu.
