When customers find your business on Apple Maps, they can book an appointment by selecting the Schedule button on your place card. If the customer has the Vagaro app, they'll go to your booking screen; otherwise, your Vagaro Listing Page will be shown in their web browser. You can track appointments booked through Apple Maps using the Appointment Source report.
Note
When you first activate this feature, and every time you update your Vagaro business information, it may take up to a week for Apple to display your updates.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.
If the customer has the Vagaro app, it will directly open to that business's page. If the customer does not have the Vagaro app, the app will launch and navigate to the business's web page.

Does this feature require customers to input their credit card information?
The article doesn't tell you how to get the schedule button on Apple Maps.
Paul: You don't have to do anything. It is a new feature with Apple Maps and Vagaro for businesses that meet two criteria: out of the trial period and has online booking configured.
Dalton: Apple Maps does not require any credit card info, but if your customers want to book or purchase from your online store, yes, then they may have to provide that info.
Nicole G: I see that you made some changes to your account this morning. If you just configured the options that Apple Maps needs to add the Schedule button, it may take some time to sync up.
Is this also available on Google maps or just Apple Maps now?
I’m not seeing this feature on mine through Apple Maps. It has a “muni” tab that takes the to the awful yelp place! Lol
Janet: right now it's just Apple Maps, though I believe that Vagaro is working with Google to bring similar functionality to their mapping. Also, I'm not sure how long it is taking to roll it out to Apple users, so keep checking.
So Donna - in your reply to Paul you said we DO NOT have to do anything to have this feature set up. So since I’ve been with VAGARO for over a year (out of my trial period) and have online booking set up, then this “booking system with Apple & VAGARO will just automatically set up?
Just want to clarify.
Also just curious, do you work for VAGARO?
Thanks for your help so far.
I noticed some businesses on Apple Maps that have somehow linked their reviews to vagaro instead of yelp. How do I do that for my business?
Hi Melanie... I'm not sure because I don't have an account for Apple Business Connect, but because the Yelp reviews are shown on Apple Maps, I'm guessing that you configure that using your Apple Business Connect account. Look on Apple's site for help: https://www.apple.com/business/connect/
how mt business can show in Apple Maps?
Hi Sibel, if you follow the requirements and instructions above, your business will show on Apple Maps within 24 hours. If you're not seeing that, have you created an Apple Business account and an Apple Business Connect account?
