Set Your Business Hours

Set your business hours in your Business Profile settings to show when you're open or closed on your Vagaro Listing Page.

Note

The Business Hours setting does not appear if you have only one Calendar license, usually the business owner's. Instead, the business owner's or employee's working hours is used instead.

Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.

To set your business hours:

  1. Go to your Business Profile:

    • Phone: Select More This is an icon used to go to the More initial navigation step on the Vagaro website and the Vagaro Pro app. → Settings → Business Profile.

    • Computer, Tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro: Select Settings gear → Business Profile.

  2. Scroll down to Business Hours.

  3. Optionally, toggle Use Employee Working Hours to base the business's hours on your employees' hours. You cannot manually set working hours from the Business Profile if you toggle this setting.

  4. You can also manually set what days and times your business is open:

    • Day of week: Choose the days of the week your business is open.

    • Opens at: Choose what time your business opens each day.

    • Closes at: Choose what time your business closes each day.

  5. Select Save.

    Scrolling  down and it doesn't appear any calendar as showing whatsoever, so I'm not able to manually set  my business opening times.

    I had it done already form the calendar in both venues and it looks correctly done. However, clients still cannot book with me though this platform and still have to do it through Treatwell.Which is mor reliable so far.

    It is really important fr the business.If you can please take a look at it, Id appreciate it.

    Hi Geles, 
    Have you checked your own working hours? When you have only one provider at a business, the setting described in this article does not display and defaults to your own working hours. See the article below to learn more.

    Update: After looking into your profile and tickets, it looks like you set your Appointment Lead Time to 14 days. You should set this to a shorter-time frame because that means that all customers are forced to book two weeks in advance.
