Providing your facility information lets your new and existing customers know what amenities and features your location allows and offers, such as whether kids are allowed, if walk-ins are accepted, what payment methods you take, and any other extras you provide. This information and more are entered in the Facility Information screen and shown on your Vagaro Listing Page. You can edit or update your facility information at any time.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.
To enter your facility information:

Go to the Facility Information screen.

On a Phone: At the bottom of the screen, select → , then under the Business heading, select Facility Information.

On a Tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro: At the bottom of the screen, select Settings, and then under the Business heading, select Facility Information.

On the Web: At the top of the screen, select Settings, and then under the Business heading on the left side, select Facility Information.

Enter your Appointment Cancellation Policy and Class Cancellation Policy to explain how and when customers can cancel their scheduled appointments or classes. Your cancellation policies are displayed again before a customer books online.
Tip
These policies are also copied to the same boxes in the Online Appointment Rules and Online Shopping Cart screens.

Enter any Special Instructions or information about your business such as alternative directions to your business, parking instructions, or any other information that you would like clients to know.

Specify any additional information about what your facility provides and allows:

Policy for Children: Whether your business allows kids or is kid-friendly.

Walk-ins: Whether you provide services for customers who haven't booked an appointment.

Payment Methods Accepted: Select the payment types that you accept.

Spoken Languages: Select the languages spoken at this location to communicate with your customers. If your language isn't listed, select the Other checkbox, and then enter the name of the language. If you are listing more than one language, separate them with a comma.

Parking: Select the parking types at or near this facility.

Amenities: Select the other services at or near this facility such as Wi-Fi, access for people with disabilities, and whether your business is LGBTQIA friendly.
- Online GC Store: Whether customers can buy gift cards online to spend at your business.

Select Save.

Can we enter Chinese characters to the business name? Thank you!

Currently, you cannot enter Japanese, Chinese, Arabic, Hindi, etc., in your business name.
