View Your Vagaro Bucks

Vagaro Bucks are credits we give you to thank you for referrals. Use these credits towards your next month’s subscription fee or on the Vagaro Online Store. You'll be able to see and track all of your purchases in the Purchase History report.

Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.

You can always see how many Vagaro Bucks you have on the Dashboard or Refer a Friend screens.

Dashboard Screen

Not only does your Dashboard screen give you a quick overview of your business's sales and books, but it also shows you how many Vagaro referrals you've made and how many Vagaro Bucks you've earned.

To see your Vagaro Bucks on your Dashboard:

Go to your Dashboard:
- Phone: Select More → Settings → Dashboard.
- Computer, Tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro: Select Reports → Dashboard.
Look for the Refer a Friend widget. The Vagaro Bucks Earned tile shows you your current balance.
Optionally, select the Vagaro Bucks Earned tile to see a list of transactions when Vagaro Bucks were earned or redeemed.

Refer a Friend Screen

The Refer a Friend screen shows the same information as the Refer a Friend widget on the Dashboard screen; however, this screen also lets you refer your friends and other businesses to sign up for Vagaro. At the end of the year, whoever referred the most paying members and businesses will win $1,000 US/CA/AU (£1,000 GBP)!

To see your Vagaro Bucks on the Refer a Friend screen:

Go to :
- Phone: Select More → Refer & Earn Cash.
- Computer, Tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro: Go to More → Refer a Friend.
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and look for Vagaro Bucks Earned.
Optionally, select the Vagaro Bucks Earned tile to see a list of transactions for each time Vagaro Bucks were earned or redeemed.
