The SMS Billing History report shows how many SMS messages your business has sent via text message to customers and employees during a billing period. It looks similar to the Email and Text Marketing Billing History reports, but there are no charges for notification messages, even if you've signed up for Text Marketing.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.
To view your SMS billing history:

Go to

At the top of the screen, select the Date Range to report on. The data is automatically updated each time you select a different date range.

Select the Filter
button to set your report's filters, then select Run Report.

Group by billing date: Whether to sort the messages by the date when they were billed.

Sort By: Select the criteria to sort the report by.

Optionally, select the Action
menu to perform the following additional tasks:

Print: Print your report if your device is connected to a printer.

Export PDF or Export Excel: Save the report to a PDF or Excel file.

To view your SMS billing history:

Go to

At the top of the screen, set the filters for your report, then select Run Report.

Date Range: Select the start and end dates of the report, then select Submit.

Group by billing date: Whether to sort the messages by the date when they were billed.

Optionally, sort the appointments by selecting the column headers at the top of the report.

At the bottom of the screen, you can select:

Print: Get a hard copy of the report.

Export: Save the report to an Excel or PDF file (web version only).

The following information is shown in your SMS Billing History report:

Closed Date: The last day of the billing period.

Billing Date: The date when you were billed for your rate plan.

Paid Date The date when you paid that bill.

Usage: The number of marketing messages your business sent during the billing period.

Billed Usage: Extra charges you incurred for that bill, if any.

Charge: The amount you were charged for that bill.

Rate Plan: The text or email marketing plan you're on

Price: The price of the Rate Plan you're subscribed to.

Usage Limit: The maximum number of messages you can send during the billing period based on your rate plan.

Over Limit Rate: This column is not used.
