The Text Messaging Billing History report tracks the number of text marketing messages you’ve sent to customers during your marketing campaigns, along with how much you’re being billed for this feature. By reviewing this report, you’ll see both the number of messages sent and the total amount spent on text marketing.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.
To view your text marketing billing history:

At the top of the screen, select the Date Range to report on. The data is automatically updated each time you select a different date range.

To further refine the report, select the Filter
button to set your report's filters, and adjust the criteria.

Group by billing date: Whether to sort the messages by the month when they were billed.

Sort By: Select the criteria to sort the report by.

Optionally, to export your report, select Action
, then choose an option:

Print: Print your report if your device is connected to a printer.

Export PDF or Export Excel: Save the report to a PDF or Excel file.

To view your text marketing billing history:

Optionally, at the top of the screen, set the filters for your report, then select Run Report.

Date Range: Select the start and end dates of the report, then select Submit.

Group by billing date: Whether to sort the messages by the month when they were billed.

Optionally, to sort your report by highest usage, price, billing date, and so on, select the headers at the top of the screen.

At the bottom-right corner, select Export to export as an Excel or PDF, or select Print to get a paper copy.
The following information is shown in your Text Messaging Billing History report:

Closed Date: The last day of the billing period.

Billing Date: The date when you were billed for your rate plan.

Paid Date: The date when you paid that bill.

Text Messaging: The amount of credits used for SMS messaging during the billing cycle. This number does not include any messages including images and GIFs.

Text Messaging with Image: The amount of credits used for messages with images or GIFs during the billing cycle. This number does not include any regular SMS messages.

Billed Usage: Extra charges and overages you incurred for this bill.

Charge: The amount you were charged for that bill.

Rate Plan: The current plan you're on.

Price: The price of the plan.

Usage Limit: The maximum number of marketing messages you can send during the billing period.

Over Limit Rate: The overage charge, which is the amount you would have to pay if you go over your limit.
