You can redeem a customer's membership or package visit directly from the Calendar by charging a deposit, marking an appointment as a show or no-show, or marking an attendee's class session as a show, checked-in, or no-show. A class also can be redeemed when a customer checks in on the Check-In App. A package or membership visit will only be used if you want to charge the customer a cancellation or no-show fee. You can update your Taxes & Checkout settings to use up a visit when a customer no-shows.
Keep the following in mind when redeeming services and classes:

The system will always deduct a package visit first if there is also a redeemable membership visit.

A membership visit will only be deducted if it provides a 100% discount on the service or class.

The system will only deduct one visit at a time if you simultaneously mark multiple appointments or class sessions as a no-show.

The package closest to its expiration date will be redeemed first. If the package doesn't expire, it will deduct a visit from the package with the lowest visit balance.
Prerequisites: Your customer must have at least one package or membership that redeems the appointment or class session.
Use a package or membership visit to redeem a customer's service appointment.
To redeem package or membership visits:

Go to the Calendar.

Find the appointment, then select it.

Select the Change Status menu, then select Show, Cancel, or No-Show.

If you marked the appointment as cancelled or no-show, charge a 100% cancellation or no-show fee and use the visit to pay for it.

To redeem package or membership visits:

Go to the Calendar.

Select the class session on the Calendar, then select the name of the session.
The Attendee list will be displayed.

Select the attendee, then select Show, Check-in, Cancel, or No-Show.

If you marked the appointment as cancelled or no-show, charge a 100% cancellation or no-show fee and use the visit to pay for it.
To redeem package or membership visits:

Go to the Calendar.

Select the class session on the Calendar, then select Edit.

Select the Action menu for the attendee to be changed, then select Show, Check-in, Cancel, or No-Show.

If you marked the appointment as cancelled or no-show, charge a 100% cancellation or no-show fee and use the visit to pay for it.
