To manage your product inventory, deleting products from the list may be necessary. If you delete a product by mistake or want to bring it back later, you can restore it back to your inventory.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses, and you must already have products set up in your inventory.
If a product that you're trying to delete is used in a Membership or a Product Bundle, you'll receive a warning for each situation. You can delete products used in memberships, but you can't delete products used in a product bundle; you'll have to delete the bundle first.
To delete a product:

Go to Inventory Management:

On the Phone: Go to → → .

On the Pay Desk or PayPro: At the bottom of the screen, select Inventory.

In the top-right corner, select the Search or Filter buttons to find and select your products.

Select the product to be deleted. If you want to delete a Variant, select the Right-Arrow >Variant button to see and select the Variant.

In the top-right corner, select the Action button.
Note
On the Pay Desk or PayPro, select the Action menu in the middle of the screen.

Select Delete.

Select Delete again to confirm.
To delete a product:

Go to Inventory Management:

On the Web Version: Go to → → .

On a Tablet: At the bottom of the screen, select Inventory.

Select the checkbox next to the products you want to edit. If you want to delete a Variant, select the Right-Arrow > button to see and select the Variant.

In the Edit list, select Delete.

Select Delete to confirm.
Restore all products that were deleted on or after a selected date.
Note
This action can only be performed on the web and tablet versions of Vagaro.
You cannot restore deleted products individually.
To restore a deleted product:

Go to Inventory Management:

On the Web Version: Go to → → .

On a Tablet: At the bottom of the screen, select Inventory.

In the Edit list, select Undo Delete.

Select the date for how far back to restore products.

Select Proceed. You will receive a confirmation banner showing how many products were restored.
