Use the calendar's availability search feature to see which class sessions are available for the week and register customers in-house, so you’re not jumping between multiple instructors’ calendars.
Prerequisites: A class or workshop must be scheduled on the Calendar before you register customers for it.
To search for class availability:

Go to the Calendar, then in the top-right corner, select → → .

In Search Class, choose a customer, complete the optional steps below, and then select Next.

If the customer doesn't have a profile, select + in the top-right corner to create one.

To search for a specific class, select Any Class, then choose a class from the list. If there are available add-ons, you'll have the option to choose one.

To search for specific employees' availability, select Any Employee, then choose one or more employees from the list.

To search for in-house or live-stream classes, select Live Stream and In-House Classes and choose a location.

To change the specific day and not the first available class, select Date, then choose the date to schedule.

Select Sign Up for the desired class session. If there's no availability, move to another week.

Optionally, enroll the customer in multiple class sessions.

Number of Sessions: The total number of sessions the customer will be registered for.

Start Date: The date of their first class session.

Frequency: Register this customer for a Weekly or Monthly frequency.

Weekly: Choose a frequency, such as every two or three weeks, then select the days of the week you want to sign the customer up for.

Monthly: Choose the day of the month you want to repeat.

If you charge a deposit for classes, enter a Deposit Due.

If you want to save a card to the customer's file, select Card
next to their profile. A card on file can be used to pay for the class and future appointments or charge no-show and cancellation fees.

Choose whether to just Add Attendees (without checking out) or Add & Checkout.

In Search for Class Appointment, choose the customer you want to register, complete the optional steps below, and then select Sign Up next to a class session.

If the customer doesn't have a profile, select Create New.

If there are available add-ons, you'll have the option to choose one.

If the customer wants to book with a specific instructor, choose one or more employees from the Any Instructor list.

If there isn't availability, you can move to another week.

If your business offers live-streamed classes, you can filter for in-house only or live-stream in the Live Stream and In-House Classes menu.

Select Add Attendee(s) to register the customer. If you are registering only one attendee and want to check them out for the class, select Add Attendee & Checkout instead. When registering multiple attendees, this option will check out only one customer.
Note
If there is a Deposit Due, you'll need to check the customer out first.
