Only the business account owner can cancel or pause a Vagaro subscription. If you have multiple locations, those accounts will remain active. To pause your subscription, you’ll need to cancel your account and reactivate it when you’re ready to resume.
Before you cancel your account, we recommend exporting or printing your sales data and customer list from your business records. All merchant accounts associated with your business will also be closed unless they are used at another Vagaro business.
After your account is closed, you will be logged out and will receive an email confirming the cancellation.
