Stock Trends Inventory Report – Vagaro Support

The Stock Trends Report is used to track the quantity of products and the total value of your inventory during a selected date range.

Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.

On a Phone

To run the Stock Trends inventory report:

Select More → Reports → Stock Trends.

The report will automatically run this month's data with no filters.
At the top of the screen, select the Date Range to report on. The report updates automatically each time you change the date range.
To filter your report, select Filter , change the following filters as needed, and then select Run Report.
- Brand: Filter the report for one brand.
- Product Category: Filter the report for one product category. The options available depend on the brand selected.
- Business Location (multi-location only): Run the report for another location.
- Product: Filter the report for one product. The options available depend on the brand or product selected.
Optionally, above the chart's legend, select a date type to further break down the results by day, week, month, or year.
Optionally, to export your report, select Action , then choose an option:
- Hide Legend or View Legend: Close or display the report's legend.
- Grid View or Chart View: Switch between showing the report as pie charts or in tables.
- Print: Print your report if your device is connected to a printer.
- Export PDF or Export Excel: Save the report to a PDF or Excel file.

On a Computer, Tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro

To run the Stock Trends inventory report:

Select Reports → Stock Trends.

The report will automatically run this month's data with no filters.
Optionally, set any of the following, then select Run Report.
- Date Range: Show a specific time range.
- Brand: Filter the report for one brand.
- Product Category: Filter the report for one product category. The options available depend on the brand selected.
- Advanced Filters:
  - Business Location: If your business has multiple locations, select the multi-location businesses or all locations in a group you want to review.
  - Product: Filter the report for one product. The options available depend on the brand or product selected.
Select Grid View to view the report's information in a table; select Chart View to go back to looking at the information as charts.
Optionally, below Chart View, select the Month list to segment the report by Day, Week, Month, or Year.
Optionally, below Grid View, select whether to view the data by:
- Value: The total monetary value by status.
- Quantity: The total units per status.
To export or print this report, select an option in the bottom-right corner:
- Print : Get a hard copy of the report.
- Export : Save the report to an Excel or PDF file (web version only).

What's in This Report?

The Stock Trends Inventory report shows a line graph of how your products are selling, what's getting used for business purposes, and what has been available for use during customer services. Specifically, the report shows your business's:

Products that are currently in stock and available for sale to customers.
Products that are lost or cannot be accounted for.
Products that have been sold to customers.
Products that have been refunded back to customers.
Products that have been purchased by customers.
Products that are reserved for Business Use only.
Products that have been unsold during the date range you set.
