Use the Stock Trends Inventory report to track product quantities and the total value of your inventory over a selected date range.
The report shows how your products are selling, how much stock is being used for business purposes, and what is currently available for customer services. You can view results as a line graph (Chart View) or a tabular breakdown (Grid View), and filter by brand, product category, location, or individual product.
The report contains the following information:

Unsold: Products that haven't sold at least one item.

Business Use: Products reserved for business use only.

Purchase: Product purchases.

Refund: Products that were refunded.

Sold: Products that were sold to customers.
-
Lost: Products removed from stock and marked as lost.

Stock: Products available.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.
Running the Stock Trends report on a phone shows how much stock is available, lost, sold, refunded, and so on.

In Chart View, a line chart shows stock trends by status.

In Grid View, a card is shown for each day, week, month, or year and includes the total number of items per status.
To run the Stock Trends inventory report:

At the top of the screen, select the Date Range to report on. The report updates automatically each time you change the date range.

Optionally, next to Filters
, use the drop-down list to group data by the Week, Year, Month, or Day.

Select Type to view trends by the number of stock (Quantity) or the value of that stock (Value).
Running the Stock Trends report shows how much stock is available, lost, sold, refunded, and so on.

In Grid View, the data is shown as a table, with one row per day, week, month, or year, and a total count of items for each status.
To run the Stock Trends inventory report:

Set the date range for your report:

In the top-right corner, select Date Range
to open the date picker.

Use the date picker to choose a date range or a preset range like Yesterday or Last 7 Days.

If you manually selected a date range, select Submit.

Use the Quantity/Value list to view trends by the number of stock (Quantity) or the value of that stock (Value).
