Adding a photo to an employee's profile is a great way to personalize your employees on your Online Booking Page.

Navigate to

Find the employee whose picture you want to add. Then tap the Profile button or tap the employee's profile initials above.

Tap Choose File to add the image.

Use your device's camera to take a picture of the employee, or tap Files to use a photo from your device.

Once the picture is added, tap Save.

The photo has been added to the employee's profile.

The photo is also added to the Staff section on the Online Booking Page.

You can remove the selected employee photo and add a new one. Tap the photo and then tap Remove Photo. Start over and choose a new photo to use.

Hover over Settings, then Employees, and then click Employee Profiles.

Find the employee whose picture you want to add. Then click the Profile button. You can also click the employee's profile initials above.

Drag a photo onto the Profile Photo area, or click Choose File and select one from your computer.

Click Save after adding the image.

The photo has been added to the employee's profile.

The photo is also added to the Staff section on the Online Booking Page.

To change the Employee Profile photo:

Open the employee profile and hover over the profile photo.

Click Change Photo.

Click Edit Photo to open the Vagaro File Uploader and use it to upload a new photo.

Click Remove Photo to delete the current photo. You can then upload a new photo following the steps above.

Click Cancel to cancel your changes.

Click Save to finish.
