You can restore a deleted employee's profile at any time. All reporting history and tax forms will stay with the account and will not be lost. However, future and previous appointments will not be restored. To get the appointments restored, you'll need to contact support and pay a one-time restoration fee of $50.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.
To add an employee profile:

Go to

Select Add Employee.

Enter the required details for the employee profile, then select Next. The Existing Employee Profile Found popup will be displayed if a profile is found.
Tip
Ensure that the email you enter is the same as the previously deleted profile.

In the popup, select Add Employee.

Have the employee enter their login information, then select Login

Enter any additional changes to their profile, then select Next.

Confirm the employee's Login Information and Employee Access, then select Next.

Set the employee's working hours, then select Save.
To add an employee profile:

If your business has multiple locations, employee profiles from all businesses will be displayed.

Select Add Employee.

Select the employee's Employee Type and Employee Access settings, then select Next.

Assign the employee to services and/or classes, then select Next.
