Copying one service provider's prices to one or more employees' services or classes also copies their service duration times, gap times, and loyalty points. This feature saves time when adding employees who provides the same services and prices as an existing service provider. You can then update the copied services in those employees' profiles as needed.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses on the web, tablet, and Pay Desk.
To copy a service provider's prices to another employee:

Go to → → .

At the end of the employee's row, select the Action
menu, then select Services.

If the employee works for multiple multiple locations, select the employee's blue Locations link, then select the Action

Above the list of the employee's services services, select Copy Pricing.

In the popup, select what service information to copy and which employees to copy them to:

Pricing: How much it costs for the employee to perform the service or teach the class.

Duration: How long the service or class takes.

Gap (Processing) Initial Duration: If gap time is allowed during the service or class, how long the first part of the service or class will take.

Gap (Processing) Duration: If gap time is allowed, how long the second part of the service or class will take.

Points Given: How many loyalty points a customer will earn for this service or class.

Points to Redeem: How many loyalty points a customer has to redeem to get this service or class for free.

Copy to Employees: The employees that the pricing and configuration will be copied to.

Select Apply.

Select Save.
