    These have changed because when i go into business > business profile there are no hours that i can change for my business hours

    Hi Ameen, This setting does not appear if you have only one Vagaro license, which is usually the business owner's. Instead, the working hours entered in the business owner's Employee Profile screen are automatically used.

    Is there a way to set a future schedule for an employee?  I have 1 stylist changing her schedule and if I modify her schedule it is retroactive for all time she has worked here.  To make that functional I have to go through 4-8 weeks of individually manually editing the schedule and booking personal tasks of the days that she hasn't started working yet. My previous software would allow “future Schedule” feature worked great.  Does Vagaro offer that?

    Hi Michael, currently Vagaro doesn't have this feature. I've shared this feedback with our product team so they're aware. Our team takes feedback seriously and reviews all feature requests, so I suggest submitting a feature request as well.

    I am on the page as directed, but I don't see myself the account owner as an employee nor account owner when I try to filter it out.

    Hi Tiffany, I recommend contacting our support team so they can walk through the steps with you. You should be able to see your account on Employee Profiles.
