Add a Bio to an Employee Profile – Vagaro Support

Add a bio to an employee's profile so customers can see it on your Vagaro Listing Page. Regardless of the locations that an employee works at, any changes made to a bio are updated for all locations and are visible right away to your customers.

Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.

On a Phone

To add a bio to an employee profile:

Select More → Settings → Employee Profiles.
Select Employees to view all profiles.
Select the employee's profile.
In the employee's profile, under Locations, select the Action menu, then select Edit Profile.
Scroll down to Employee Bio, then enter the employee's description.
Select Save.

On a Computer, Tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro

To add a bio to an employee profile:

Select Settings → Employee Profiles.
At the end of the employee's row, select the Action menu, then select Edit Profile.
Scroll down to Bio, then enter the employee's description.
Select Save.
