View the Credit Card Deposit report to see if the deposit was made to your Vagaro account.

Keep in mind that rent collection payments may take up to five business days to be deposited into your bank account.

Update the bank information in your Merchant Account
The bank statement will show the Net Deposit, not Gross Sales. The Net Deposit is the true profit received after the credit card fees have been deducted from the transactions.
The deposits you receive in your merchant account will not always match your Transaction List because of the batch cut-off time. More specifically, transactions that occur before 3 PM Pacific Time or 6 PM Eastern Time are included in a single batch. It then takes about 24 hours to deposit to your bank account. One of the few exceptions is transactions that occur after 3 PM on Friday and those that happen on Saturday or Sunday. These take two days to deposit to your bank. This is due to banks being closed on Sundays. If a transaction occurs after the 3 PM cut-off time, it's included in the next day's batch.
Your funds are deposited into your bank account one business day (varies by financial institution) after the batch cut-off time. Transactions made on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays will be batched together and deposited into your bank account the following Monday.

Businesses on the 3 PM schedule can receive funds as early as 10:30 AM local time (dependent on your bank's capabilities for quick processing).
Delays in your deposits may occur if banks are closed on holidays. As a rule of thumb:

Transactions processed on a holiday are deposited into your bank account after two business days.

Deposits landing on a holiday will be deposited the following business day.

* This holidays fall on a Saturday. The deposit schedule is not affected.
** This holiday falls on a Sunday. All deposits scheduled for Monday will be deposited the following Tuesday.

If you're still not receiving deposits, make sure the routing and bank account numbers in your merchant account are correct. Please contact support if you are still having issues with receiving your deposits.

Are the problems with the deposits fixed yet? My deposit report for yesterday 8/10/23 still say nothing. Hope its fix soon please update.

Hi Natalie, you should receive your funds with tomorrow's deposit if you made this change before 3 PM Pacific Time, which you did. If you do not receive your funds by the end of the day tomorrow, contact our Support Team. They would be more than happy to help you.

I haven’t received a deposit since the 13th of April , I had to turn in a tax document and did so before deadline and have email I sent it to for confirmation. I’m more than bothered because I have employees and a lease to pay next week !

Hi Ok, when did you process these transactions, and were they processed before or after the batch cut-off time? Have you received your funds for other transactions yesterday?
It could be that the transactions you're missing may have been processed after the cut-off, meaning they'll deposit tomorrow.

Monday morning before the cutoff time. Orher transactions from monday and tuesday (yesterday) have deposited. But there is $795 worth of “pending” still from monday

I haven't got the deposit on my bank from the transactions from yesterday 1/20/25. On the Transaction Report appears as deposited but on the Deposit Report there's no data of the deposit for the transactions done on 1/20/25. Where is my Money?
