View This Month's Marketing Plan Usage

To avoid exceeding message limits, navigate to the Marketing Campaigns screen to check your plan's limit and the number of emails or texts you have used this month. The system only shows usage for the current month. To review your usage for previous months, visit the Email Billing History and Text Marketing Billing History reports.

Prerequisites: Requires an email or text marketing plan.

On a Phone

To view this month's usage:

  1. Go to More This is an icon used to go to the More initial navigation step on the Vagaro website and the Vagaro Pro app. → Email & Text Marketing.

  2. At the bottom of the screen, view this month's usage in Emails Sent and Texts Sent.

On a Computer, Tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro

To view this month's usage:

  1. Go to Marketing megaphone_icon.png, then select Create Campaign under Email & Text Marketing.

  2. In the bottom-left corner, view this month's usage in Emails Sent and Texts Sent.
