Use the Text Marketing feature to text your customers a form to fill out. For example, you can text a new client an intake form before their first appointment so their paperwork is done ahead of time, send a consent or waiver form before a service that requires one, or follow up with a review request after a visit.
Prerequisites: This feature requires at least one Form template created in your account and a Text Marketing plan.
To add a form to a text campaign:

Select → .

At the bottom of the screen, select Create Campaign.

Choose delivery method and subject line:

Configure your Campaign Type and Recipients.

From the campaign setup screen, select Text Message and begin drafting your campaign.

Select → , then choose the form you want to include. A link to your form is added to the text.

Select Save.

From the campaign setup screen, select the checkbox to confirm you've reviewed all changes for accuracy, then select Start or Next.
Customers can use the link in your message to fill out the form.
To add a form to a text campaign:

Go to Marketing
, then select Create Campaign under Email & Text Marketing.

On the campaign dashboard, select Create Campaign in the top-left corner. The Delivery Method pop-up appears.

Choose delivery method and subject line:

Select Text as the delivery method.

Under Select Delivery Method, select Text.

Enter the Text Subject Line. This subject line is visible only to you, not to customers. You can customize the header with the following options:

Select Enhance with Vera
to write your subject with AI.

Select Name
to auto-populate the customer's First Name and First & Last Name in the subject.

Configure your Campaign Type and Recipients.

From the campaign setup screen, select Text Message and begin drafting your campaign.

Select → , then choose the form you want to include. A link to your form is added to the text.
