You can edit any existing campaign and reannounce the updated version as a duplicate. Recurring campaigns can be edited directly; changes apply only to future sends. Scheduled campaigns that haven’t been sent yet can be edited, but a duplicate campaign is created. Keep in mind that you must remember to cancel the original campaign to avoid sending duplicates
Important
Email campaigns created on the web, tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro version of Vagaro can't be modified on the phone version of the Vagaro Pro app. This does not apply to text campaigns.
Prerequisites: Requires at least one active or scheduled email or text campaign.
You can change settings, audience filters, and content for a recurring campaign at any time; once you announce the updates, only future sends are affected.
To edit a campaign:

Go to → → .

Select Automated to see all recurring campaigns or select All Campaigns to see everything.

Select the campaign, then select Edit.

Update the campaign's settings, then select Apply.

Adjust the filtered audience if needed, then select Create Text or Create Email.

Revise your content, then select Next, preview the message, set a schedule, and then select Announce.
The campaign will continue sending with the updated settings and content.
To edit a campaign:

Go to Marketing
, then select Create Campaign under Email & Text Marketing.

Filter by Automated Sends to view all recurring campaigns.

Next to the campaign you want to edit, select → .

Make changes to your campaign's settings, select Next, update your campaign's content, check the box to confirm you've reviewed everything, and then select Announce.
The campaign will continue sending with the updated settings and content.
If you’d like to resend a blast you previously sent, you can reannounce a copy of the original campaign.
