Unsold/Unused Products Report – Vagaro Support

The Unsold/Unused Products report is used to list the products that are currently in inventory at the time when the report is run. Products out of stock will not be shown in this report.

The Unsold/Unused report provides the following information:

Last Purchase Date: When this product was last purchased by a customer.
Brand: The company that makes the product.
Product: The item for sale or use.
Vendor: The merchant or company that supplies the product.
Product Category: The product category assigned to this product.
Qty: The current stock.
Low Qty: The low quantity warning you set for each product.
Sold Qty: The amount sold.
Used Qty
Total Sold/Used Qty
Business Cost: The total business cost for each product.
Potential Sale: The potential revenue if you sold the entire stock for this product.

Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.

On a Phone

To run the Unsold/Unused Products inventory report:

Select More → Reports → Unsold/Unused Products.
At the top of the screen, select the Date Range list to change it. The report updates automatically each time you change the date range.
Optionally, in the top-right corner, select Filters , set any of the following filters, and then select Run Report.
- Total Sold/Used qty less or equal to: Show data for products with a total sold or used quantity at or below the number you enter.
- Brand: Show data on a specific brand.
- Product Category: Show data on a specific product category. The options available depend on the brand selected.
- Vendor: Show data for a specific vendor.
- In Stock Only: Show data for products that are not out of stock.
- Business Use Only: Show data for products that are marked for business use only.
- Sort By: Reorder the report.
Optionally, in the top-right corner, select Action , then:
- Select Star or Remove Star to bookmark or unbookmark.
- Select Print to get a hard copy of the report.
- Select Export PDF or Export Excel to download this report.

On a Tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro

To run the Unsold/Unused Products inventory report:

Select Reports → Unsold/Unused Products.
Set the date range for your report:
1. In the top-right corner, select Date Range to open the date picker.
2. Use the date picker to choose a date range or a preset range like Yesterday or Last 7 Days.
3. If you manually selected a date range, select Submit.
Optionally, in the top-right corner, select Filters , set any of the following filters, and then select Run Report.
- Total Sold/Used qty less or equal to: Show data for products with a total sold or used quantity at or below the number you enter.
- Brand: Show data on a specific brand.
- Product Category: Show data on a specific product category. The options available depend on the brand selected.
- Vendor: Show data for a specific vendor.
- In Stock Only: Show data for products that are not out of stock.
- Business Use Only: Show data for products that are marked for business use only.
Optionally, in the top-right corner, select Action , then:
- Select Star or Remove Star to bookmark or unbookmark.
- Select Open in Browser to view this report in a web browser.
- Select Print to get a hard copy of the report.
- Select Export PDF or Export Excel to download this report.

On a Computer

To run the Unsold/Unused Products inventory report:

Select Reports → Unsold/Unused Products.
Set the date range for your report:
1. In the top-right corner, select Date Range to open the date picker.
2. Use the date picker to choose a date range or a preset range like Yesterday or Last 7 Days.
3. If you manually selected a date range, select Submit.
