Charge a Customer's Credit or Debit Card

Credit and debit cards can be accepted at checkout by charging a card on file, manually entering the customer’s card details, or using a payment device such as PayPro Go, PayPro Mini, or an EMV Reader. To process card payments with Vagaro, you must first sign up for Credit Card Processing. Vagaro offers discounted hardware for businesses that sign up for Credit Card Processing.

Funds processed through credit cards will be deposited into your bank account (minus processing fees) within one to two days after completing the transaction.

Vagaro does not integrate with any third-party card readers.
