Manually enter a customer's credit or debit card at checkout, or charge a card already saved on their profile. You can also save the card to the profile for next time. Both count as card-not-present transactions and are processed at Vagaro's keyed-in rate, which is higher than the rate for swiped, dipped, or tapped cards
Prerequisites: This feature requires Credit Card Processing.
Manually enter your customer's card to accept payment.
To enter a customer's card information:

Go to the Checkout
screen, or check out the customer directly from the Calendar.

Select a customer and add items to their shopping cart.
Note
For existing appointments or classes, the customer is already selected and ready for checkout.

In the Credit Card field, enter the amount to be charged.

Select Checkout.

Enter the customer's card information, then select Pay.
Tip
Optionally, to store this card on your customer's profile, select Save card on file.

Finish checking out your customer

Next to Credit Card, select Add.

Enter the customer's card information, then select Save.

Finish checking out your customer
If your customer already has a card on file, you can quickly use it as payment.
To use a card on file:

Go to the Checkout
screen, or check out the customer directly from the Calendar.

Select a customer and add items to their shopping cart.
