Is Google or Apple Pay Available Outside of the United States?

Yes and no. Customers can use Google or Apple Pay to pay in-house. However, using Google or Apple Pay for online checkout is only available in the United States.

Where Can Customers Use Google and Apple Pay?

Customers can use Apple and Google Pay:

In-House by tapping their phone against your phone via Tap to Phone, or tapping their phone against a PayPro Mini or credit card reader.
Online by choosing to check out with Google or Apple Pay.

What are the Processing Fees for Google and Apple Pay?

The processing fees for Google and Apple Pay depend on where the payment was processed:

For Small Merchants:

In-House with a Credit Card Reader or PayPro Mini: 2.6% + $0.10 per transaction
In-House with Tap to Phone: 2.6% + $0.16 per transaction
Online: 3.5%+ $0.19 per transaction

For Large Merchants:

In-House with a Credit Card Reader or PayPro Mini: 2.29% + $0.19 per transaction
In-House with Tap to Phone: 2.29% + $0.25 per transaction
Online: 3.5% + $0.19 per transaction

Is Google or Apple Pay Available on a Computer?

Yes, Google or Apple Pay is available on a phone, tablet, or computer.

Why Doesn't My Customer See the Option to Use Google or Apple Pay?

Customers can't use Google or Apple Pay to pay for auto-renewing memberships and packages. Additionally, the option will not be displayed if a credit card is required on file.

Can Customers Use Google or Apple Pay as a Card on File?

No, Apple or Google Pay can't be used as a card on file or used to pay for recurring memberships or packages. If a payment is made with Google or Apple Pay, the card will not be saved on file either.

Can I Charge a Cancellation Fee if My Customer Used Apple or Google Pay?

No, you will need to use a card on file or another payment method.

Can My Customer Use Apple or Google Pay to Pay for an Invoice?

Yes, Google or Apple Pay will be an option when paying for an invoice.

Why Don't My Customers See Google and Apple Pay on MySite?

Currently, Google or Apple Pay is not available on MySite.

You changed how I ring out customers. Now I can’t use my iPad? Only phone or the payout go device? It unpairs after client. I absolutely hate it now. I called and they couldn’t fix so now I have a device that is worthless and I have to use my phone which I don’t want to do.

Hi Susan, tap to pay has never been available for iPad devices. Can you go into what changed?
