Add Your Business Logo – Vagaro Support

Your business logo is your brand, and you should show it off when customers visit your business and your website. When you start adding photos to your Vagaro website, the first image you should upload is your business logo, which is done in the Photo Gallery screen. Your logo appears in the banner image on your Vagaro Listing Page as well as on your receipts, notification emails, and forms. Note

Your image must be at least 1000 x 667 pixels and a maximum of 5 MB. If you need help resizing your image, send a request to support@vagaro.com with the subject line "ATTN Graphics Team".

If you don't add any images or a logo to your Photo Gallery, Vagaro will use the first letter of each word in your business name as your logo. Vagaro requires you to keep at least one image in your venue gallery.

Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.

On a Phone

To add your business logo:

Select More → Settings → Photo Gallery.
At the top of the screen, ensure that the Venue Gallery tab is selected.
At the bottom of the screen, select Add Business Image, and then choose the image you want to upload. Your image appears in the gallery.
Select your logo image, and then select Next in the top-right corner of the screen.
To edit your logo. select it in the gallery, and then select Edit at the top of the screen.
If you want to change your logo:
1. Upload another image by repeating steps 2 to 4.
2. Select the new image, select the More menu, and then select Set as logo.

On a Computer, Tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro

To add your business logo:

Select Settings → Photo Gallery.
At the top of the screen, ensure that the Venue Gallery tab is selected.
Select Add Business Image, then choose the image you want to upload. Your image appears in the gallery.
Select Add Venue Gallery, then choose your image. Your image appears in the gallery.
To edit your logo. select it in the gallery, select the More menu, and then select Edit.
To see how your picture will look on your Vagaro Listing Page, select View Result at the bottom of the screen. Your logo appears next to your business name at the top of the page.
If you want to change your logo:
1. Upload another image by repeating steps 2 to 4.
2. Select the new image, select the More menu, and then select Set as logo.
