Update the price of any service from your service menu whenever your rates change. You can change a single service, update every service an employee offers at once, or copy one employee's pricing to your whole team.
Important
Price changes apply to future appointments only. Updating a price doesn't change appointments that are already booked. To change the price of an existing appointment, adjust it at checkout.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.
Go to your service menu to make changes to each service you offer. If you want to make changes to multiple employees, we recommend completing the steps below on a computer.
To change the price of your services:
-
Select → → .
-
Select Services to view your service menu.
-
Confirm the profile at the top of the screen. You'll change the prices for this employee's services. To select another employee:
-
In the top-right corner, select Filters
.
-
Select the employee.
If you are a service provider, you may not have access to manage other employees' services.
-
-
Select the service, then select Edit.
-
Enter the new Sell Price.
-
Make any additional changes to the service, then select Save.
On a phone, you can only make changes to one service for each employee at a time. You will need to repeat the steps to change multiple services. If you have to make bulk changes to services or multiple employees, we recommend doing so on a computer.
To change the price of your services:
-
Select → .
Your service menu will be shown by default.
-
Select the service you want to change.
-
Optionally, in the pricing table at the bottom of the screen, turn on the switch for each employee who offers the service.
If you are a service provider, you may not have access to manage other employees' services.
-
Enter the Price for each employee.
-
Make any additional changes, then select Save.
Repeat the steps above for any other services you want to change.
If you want to quickly set up an employee's service menu, you can do so from their employee profile.
Important
This feature is only available on the computer, tablet, PayPro, and Pay Desk versions of Vagaro. It can't be performed on a mobile device.
To change the price of all services an employee offers:
-
Select → .
-
Next to the employee's profile, select → .
Note
If multi-location is configured, select the Locations link next to their profile to manage the employee for each location.
-
Optionally, select the checkboxes for each service this employee will perform.
-
Change the prices for your services:
-
Enter the Price for each service.
-
Use the Mass Edit list to select Service Price and change the prices for multiple services.
Note
The mass edit function allows you to set a single price across all the selected services or set a Price Ratio to dynamically adjust pricing. Price Ratio uses the duration of a service to calculate the price. For example, if you set the ratio to 1, a 30-minute service will cost $30 and a 50-minute service will cost $50.
-
-
Select Save.
If you have an employee with pricing already set, you can apply all the services they offer, pricing, points, and duration to all your other employees. You don't need to go into each employee to make the changes. This works especially well if you want all your employees to have the same pricing.
Important
This feature is only available on the computer, tablet, PayPro, and Pay Desk versions of Vagaro. It can't be performed on a mobile device.
Before completing the steps below, make sure your employees perform at least one service. They won't display in the list of employees if they don't.
