Organize your service menu so that more popular services and service categories are at the top of your service menu on your listing page.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.
To change the order of your service menu:

Go to your Service Menu:

On the Phone: Go to → → .

On the Web, Tablet, or Pay Desk: Go to → .

Select the Services tab.

Organize your service menu:

Hover over the service or service category you want to move, select the Move
button, and then drag and drop it to a new location.
Tip
To make moving service categories easier and avoid errors, ensure all categories are collapsed. To collapse a category, select the down-arrow
button for that category.

Optionally, on the web or tablet version of Vagaro, you can use the Change Service/Service Bundle Order feature to see a simple, easier-to-organize view of your service menu.
To use this feature:-
Next to Add, expand the Edit dropdown menu.

In the dropdown, select Change Service Category or Change Add-On Category. Your service or add-on categories will appear in a popup.

Select a category. Any services, service bundles, or add-ons in that category will be displayed on the right.

On the left side of the popup, select the up or down arrows to reorder your categories.

On the right side of the popup, select the up or down arrow to reorder the services or add-ons within the category.

Select Apply when done.

I am trying to change the order of my categories, and my screen does not have the arrows on the left side of the menu offerings. I am not able to click and drag either. I have not been able to figure out how to re-order my categories and was hoping this article would be able to help. Not sure if it's outdated…..thanks.

It finally let me move the category's down, but it wouldn't let me move them up. I was able to get it set up the way I want it, but I never did see the up and down arrows to the left of the services as this article showed. It would have made it alot easier. I wasn't sure I would get a response to my comment, so thank you!!!
Hi Julie, After reading the article more carefully, I realize that steps 5-7 are a bit out-of-date. If you're on the web, you'll need to select the Edit dropdown next to the green Add button, then Change Service Category. I'll update this article ASAP. I could understand why that would be a bit confusing. I'm glad I was able to help. I try to respond to all comments on the help center, so feel free to ask any questions you have.
